Following the success of last year’s music festival, Oakfest will return to Oakfield Park this summer on the June bank holiday weekend. Oakfest will run across two stages and two days and includes a stellar line-up of local, national and international artists.

Headlining on Saturday 1st June is world-renowned Alabama 3 Acoustic while The Academic, one of Ireland’s most exciting bands, will headline on Sunday 2nd June. Other top acts for Oakfest include Ryan McMullan, Little Hours, The Frank & Walkers Acoustic, Cronin, Rory & The Island, State Lights, DD & The Delta Boys, The Lost, Mark Black & Izzy, The Davy K Project, Cherym, Makings, Control The Dark and String Empire.

As well as a top-class musical billing, Oakfest at Oakfield Park will have plenty for the whole family to enjoy, including a disco dome for little music lovers, arts and crafts, face-painting, puppetry, nature walks, train heritage, folklore and storytelling. The event will also have a strong food offering with some of the northwest’s finest artisan food producers in attendance all weekend.

Oakfield Park is open from April to September and is open daily during June, July and August. The best way to enjoy the park is to purchase an Annual Pass or Gold Pass. Gold Pass holders receive VIP access to the park, unlimited train rides and complimentary gifts.
