The well equipped Kitchen includes an open fireplace and an adjacent herb garden. Plenty of parking on the grounds. It has a wonderful atmosphere in which to get away from it all. There is nothing to compare with sitting beside the log fire in the kitchen with a glass of wine in hand looking out at the white peaks of both water and mountain.

The terrace at the front is great for summer barbecuing and the private garden is lovely in spring time with apple and pear blossom and in the autumn when the trees are laden with fruit. If you can drag yourself away from the property, you will find yourself in an area that is one of the best kept secrets in Ireland for its beauty and amenities.

Here in south Donegal you are just a few miles from the borders of Counties Leitrim, Fermanagh and Sligo and this property is ideally placed for an exploration of the exciting North-West and Northern Ireland.
