Boat Angling World Championships (August 24-31, 2024)
For all the fishing fans out there, this is the big one. The World Championships for Junior Boat Angling are happening in Rathmullan and Downings, and it’s going to be class. Young anglers from all over the world will be competing in our beautiful Donegal waters. Even if you’re not fishing yourself, it’s well worth coming down to see the action.

Donegal Camino 2024 (September 1-7, 2024)
This one’s for those who love a good walk and want to do a bit of good along the way. The Donegal Camino is a week-long trek through some of the county’s most beautiful spots, and it’s all in aid of Cancer Care West. You’ll be guided by some of Donegal’s best, and you’ll see the county like never before. It’s a grand way to spend a week, and you’ll be doing your bit for a great cause too.

The Monte Challenge (September 7, 2024)
Here’s a real challenge for the adventurers among us! The Monte Challenge is a bit of everything – running, cycling, and climbing through the wild and rugged Bluestack Mountains. There are three different routes, so you can pick the one that suits you best. It’s a tough one, but the views are well worth the effort.

Dune Run 2024 (September 21, 2024)
