Donegal - Reset, Reconnect, Rediscover

1. Promoter
The promoter is Donegal Tourism CLG, working on behalf of Donegal County Council (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Donegal Tourism CLG, Donegal County Council, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete all required elements of the competition (e.g., answer questions, submit requested material, or complete the registration form).
Entry is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Entries must be received by 28 October 2025 at 23:59 (GMT). Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, regardless of cause.

4. Prizes

The prize will be clearly stated in the competition description.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Prizes are based on two people sharing and are subject to availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value without prior notice.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen based on their answer(s) to the skill question(s). In the case of a tie, a tie-breaker question will be reviewed by the Donegal Tourism team.
Winners will be notified by email, social media direct message, and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all competition matters is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Publicity & Data Protection

By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and entry may be used by Donegal Tourism CLG for publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Donegal Tourism’s Privacy Policy, available HERE.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. General Terms

By entering, participants confirm their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. Participants provide their information to Donegal Tourism CLG, not to any third party platform.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants or winners, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, and entrants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
