“Grampian Concert Orchestra under its long-time conductor Tim Tricker, is a community-based, amateur chamber orchestra based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Formed 25 years ago, its purpose has always been to bring the joy and thrill of live music into the local community and occasionally further afield, and to inspire adults and children everywhere to enjoy and play music.
Programmes are typically composed of short, popular classics, with something to suit everyone.
This is the orchestra’s first trip to Donegal and the players are delighted to be performing in the inspiring surroundings of St Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny.”
