11:25 – Joan Crawford (Failte Ireland) “The value of immersive festival experiences and animating the destination.”

11:45 – Marion Callaghan (Donegal County Council) “Funding Your Festival – Advice from the Funders.”

11:55 - Panel Discussion “Ups and Downs of Festival Management” – with Mary Daly (Ballyshannon Folk & Traditional                   Music Festival), Colm Croffy (AOIFE), Thomas Costello (Arranmore Festival) – moderated by Daniel Browne (Sea                 Sessions). 

12:10 – Round table reflection

12:15 - One to One clinics with Colm Croffy (AOIFE), Marion Callaghan (Donegal County Council), Mary Daly (Donegal                   Tourism) & Joan Crawford (Failte Ireland) – bookable 10 minute slots. Come with your festival issues and                             questions! (7 slots available per facilitator)
