Crabsend Cottage is situated in Donegal on the North West Coast of Ireland, in an area of outstanding natural beauty known as The Rosses.

The cottage has panoramic views over the tidal estuary of the Gweedore River and Mount Errigal, one of the most spectacular mountains in Ireland and has views of the Atlantic Ocean with the Island of Gola in the distance. It is within walking distance of several spectacular and unspoilt beaches such as the one at Carrickfinn and also extensive areas of beautiful sand dunes.

The cottage is newly built and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It is painted in the traditional style of many Irish cottages. Inside the living room are comfy sofas and chairs and a peat burning stove giving the house a warm and cosy atmosphere. The sun room has excellent views onto the beautiful Irish landscape and estuary bay.

Facilities on the Ground floor: Open plan living/dining/kitchen with table seating eight and sea views. Sunroom with magnificent sea views from all windows. Utility room. Toilet and basin. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with toilet and electric shower.

First floor: 2 twin bedded rooms. Bathroom with bath, shower & toilet.

Other facilities :Oven and hob, fridge and freezer. Full central heating. Bed linen and towels. Dishwasher. Wood or turf burning stove in living room. Washing machine and drier. Stereo sound system. Barbecue and outdoor chairs. Shed with room for storage. Large garden with wild flowers and rocks, overlooking estuary river.
