Idyllic lakeside self-catering Eco Lodge with luxury glamping in Yurt and Shepherds Hut accommodation on the Wild Atlantic Way in South Donegal. Set on 90 acres of bogland with wildflowers, heather hills and sweeping views of Donegal Bay. Accommodation is furnished with superking size beds, Donegal tweed woollen blankets and crisp white bed linen, wood-burning stoves and verandas offering beautiful lake and forest views.
The uniquely designed Eco Lodge is a shared building providing all guests with a large self-catering kitchen, dining area and large comfortable lounge area bathed in light with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and a giant fireplace for cosying around in the winter months. The Eco Lodge was constructed as sustainably as possible, it is made with strawbales and all-natural materials and has a 'living' grass roof.
On site activities including wild swimming, fishing, hill-walking and hiking. Off site activites can also be arranged including Beach Horse Riding, SUP and Surf lessons.
