Extended over the years to include a heated swimming pool, extensive gardens and its very own kitchen walled garden, it now houses three restaurants, the Cook & Gardener uses the best of local Donegal produce in season and in summer, Pavilion the new outdoor dining space showcases seasonal stone baked pizzas and local craft beer and the newest addition, The Cellar Bar has opened with a menu featuring local shellfish and seafood.

Breakfast is plentiful and homemade, featuring seasonal delights; and with the beach just a few steps away you can re-energise yourself with a sea swim and breathe in that Wild and Wonderful Donegal air, and with all the surrounding natural beauty, it’s definitely a place that’s hard to beat.
