September 16-24 2020 - Open to all Persons aged 18+
Untouched and virtually unexplored, this ruggedly beautiful and remote part of Ireland is known as the Wild Atlantic Way. It’s no wonder Donegal was named the ‘Coolest Place on the Planet for 2017’ by National Geographic.
Nature is spectacular and bracing here, from the sea cliffs at Sliabh Liag, to deserted islands of Lough Erne, to the historic abbeys, castles and towers that display the rich history and culture of Ireland.
This program is for you and your camera– we will take you to some of the most beautiful landscapes and seascapes, from sunrise to sunset. Your classroom time will include lectures introducing you to Irish history & culture, and workshops on photography.
The Program Includes:
-Your accommodation – 2 minutes from the ocean, mountain & sea views
-Daily photography trips to scenic locations along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way; Irish Castles, Ruined Abbeys, dramatic seascapes & deserted islands, sunrise/sunset & night photo opportunities
-Classes in photography technique from Instructors
-Informal cultural sessions, explaining the mythology, history and magic of the photo shoot sites with historian Dr. Niamh Hamill
-Evening meals in local ‘foodie’ hot spots, included in the fees
Irish pub entertainment and music each evening
