Family Fun in Donegal

Glenveagh National Park lies in the heart of the Derryveagh Mountains in the north-west of Co. Donegal. It is a remote and hauntingly beautiful wilderness which includes the Castle and Gardens. At the centre of the Park on the edge of Lough Veagh is Glenveagh Castle, a late 19th century castellated mansion, built as a hunting lodge.

Doagh Visitors Center takes you on an informative and at times humorous journey through Irish history & culture. Life size, authentic attractions include original thatched dwellings inhabited up until the 1980s.
