Sage sets out to serve the highest quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers within a 20 mile radius. Food is served in a contemporary but very relaxed setting. With our exciting head Chef Martin Hernandez running the kitchen and Owner Garvan Gallagher taking care of front of house, we aim to provide a full and varied dining experience.

Our team is made up of young, vibrant and enthusiastic people who share our passion for great customer service. All dishes are cooked to order therefore Sage can cater for a wide variety of tastes and requirements. Our menu is built around our customers, a fact we are very proud of.We have the capacity to cater for all manner of events and occasions, from quiet tables of two, up to groups as large as sixty.
